Hi! I’m Kate, the director of North Atlanta Speech Therapy. I’m a SLP (Speech Language Pathologist) and member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists. I’m passionate about helping people of all ages and strengths become healthy and empowered communicators. I’ve served speech therapy clients across the broad spectrum of our field. I’m also driven to help individuals with disabilities become personal, relational, and sexual self-advocates, which is why I developed Whole Person and Whole Kid, and why I now offer relationship and social skills coaching! Speech Therapy
Speech therapy, or speech pathology, is the assessment and treatment of communication barriers or disorders. Speech Language Pathologists work with people who have issues with speech, social skills, language, cognition, swallowing/feeding, fluency (stutter), voice, and more.
Relationship, Sex, and Puberty Courses
At North Atlanta Speech, we offer one-on-one or group courses for all ages on puberty, sex, and healthy relationships. These courses are called Whole Person and Whole Kid. We provide fact-based, empowering information to help individuals, especially individuals with disabilities, make healthy, safe, and informed choices.
Relationship and Social Skill Coaching
We coach children, teens, and adults in social skills development and relationship seeking. Each of us is meant to be in communion with others, and we all have something extraordinary to offer exactly as we are. Let us help you nurture your social strengths and grow in authenticity.
